My journey with leadership began in 2011, when I became a founding member of the John Maxwell team of leadership speakers and coaches. The path I’ve tread isn’t the conventional one. Before embarking on my leadership path, I started my career as a professional mentalist, giving me a unique lens to understand and deconstruct influence into practical frameworks. This background serves as the foundation for my work, helping leaders elevate their impact and achieve success faster.
I’ve been privileged to share my unique perspective on leadership in over 40 countries, presenting at more than 2,000 events, and to a virtual audience of over 30,000 individuals from all walks of life, who have subscribed to my online courses. Among the prestigious audiences, I’ve been humbled to work with are Fortune 500 companies, governments, military organizations, and even NATO.
When NATO invited me as the opening speaker for their strategic communications conference in Europe, I had the opportunity to demonstrate interactive influence techniques and trust-building measures. To my honor, NATO’s official press release highlighted my presentation as one of the conference’s significant highlights.
